DS got a bubble gun from butlins in May which he loved but he dropped it off slide and it broke. I bought another off ebay 19 July, it was only £3.19 including postage and he loved it and it worked really well making loads of bubbles. now its just randomly stopped working for no reason. Should i message the seller or just buy another?

You can only open a case for a refund or replacement if its within 45 days of you winning the auction I'm afraid, you can always contact the seller and explain and they may offer a replacement as a gesture of goodwill but they don't have to at all.

At that price I would personally suck it up and get DS another one, but that's me not you! Smile

So if it was bought on 19 July you are within the 45 days to open a case for a refund.

know i'm within the 45 days but at that price, taking into account it would have been over £2 in postage i feel abit tight complaining as feel like DS has had £3 worth of fun!!

maybe i'll order another off same seller and send a message saying old one had broken. There are more expensive ones on there but its hard to tell if they are better or if they are the same as the one i bought being sold at higher price. The one from butlins we had was better until it got chucked off the slide

Oops sorry I read it as may 19th somehow! I would probably order another one and mention that the previous one had just stopped working like you said Smile
