YAY- the dress I have been looking for for years has just been listed in my size!

BOO- Some cunt just bought it for half of what I was prepared to pay by messaging the seller and buying it now.

YAY- the shoes I was selling went for more than I thought the would!

BOO- the buyer decided that they actually didn't want them after all.

YAY- an amazing coat at a great price for DD this winter!

BOO- some other cunt just bought it in the time it took me to click the button.

YAY- the dress I bought just arrived!

BOO- it stinks of bleach and is covered in cat hair.

It's been over ten years of this and I JUST CAN'T QUIT YOU.

And now you taunt me, Jim Bowen-style by posting pictures of the things I could have won all over my home page. I hate you. I love you. I hate you.

I may need to leave the house a bit more often.

Ah, yes, very sneaky with the pinterest type front page now!

I find myself adding stuff I'm not going to buy to my watch list just because its there, right in front of me!

I have just unwatched everything in a bid to get over the disappointment of losing THE dress.

Which was pretty stupid of me, TBH Grin

Tethersend - I find myself "watching" things when I've got money then they pop up on my phone as "ending now" when I'm out of money Grin

Grin Oh you are so right though. I've been having some of this lately with Ebay. I go through phases of using it then stomping off in a huff with it vowing never to return.

I just think it's the oddest way to buy something esp clothes which really you need to see and feel and try to know if it's really right. And yet back I go, wasting time trwling, wasting time watching and bidding..

It's so hit and miss. So stressful (all the refresing the page as the seconds count down). And so blimmin unfair..

Anywhere else you turn up with the money, buy the thing and leave.

Ebay isn't happy with mere money. It wants you getting up at 2am to jump through hoops, it wants to dangle the goodies in front of you and then cruelly snatch them away. It invites people to say nice or bad things about you. It makes you believe things that can't be true.

In short it's a psychological nightmare and yet it's only a glorified second hand shopConfused

Oh FFS, it's just happened again.

Why is everyone suddenly messaging buyers and asking to buy it now? Just lost out on another coat for DD Sad

Why don't buyers realise that if someone offers them a BIN price, it's worth much more than they're offering?!

eBay? eCunts more like.
