collection in person Offered

just won an item which states Postage: £1.20 Collection in person offered. i took this to mean i can collect in person or pay £1.20 for postage but seller is saying collection only via email. i live over 400 miles away so cannot collect in person. am i in wrong? fully prepared to be told i am as i dont ebay much

turns out the seller will post just not for a week or so, so all sorted, yay :-)

You're not wrong though, if they've offered postage they should honour that :)
