Item not in package-help!

I bought a pandora charm , had a phone call from dad when i was at work to say he had signed for a letter , thinking it was my passport i told him to open it .It is a plain envelope with a sheet of tissue paper and nothing else !the only thing it could be is the charm !there is a small tear in the corner of the envelope , what can i do now ?anyone had a similar situation , thank you

Contact the seller. How small is this charm, less than 1x1 cm, I guess?

Yes ,only thing is what if its a scam ? I can't prove I never received it . What can the buyer do ?

Try seller first. If seller not helpful then contact Ebay customer service. I think there are an array of options (seller not performing, item not as described, etc.). Never mind you have the power of leaving terrible feedback. I won't say you can't lose this, but as a buyer you have to work very hard at it.

Did you get it at a particularly good price? I have had bad experience recently of a couple of sellers what have clearly done anything they could to avoid selling to me at the price the auction ended... has made me v cynical
