I bought some sandals from Ebay at the end of April, have worn them a few times and both the soles have split completely! I tried contacting the seller, customer service was appalling, I even sent picture of the soles of sandals but the haven't replied. I would be returning them to shop for refund if this had happened in 'real life'.
Item is not listed on resolution centre menu - I assume due to time period - what do I do now?
