Item is not for me - refund policy

Bought something from a private seller, but I don't like it and its not what I expected. The listing has Refunds Offered showing on it, which was important to me when bidding in case it didn't suit me. So I've emailed seller, but they are not responding. I can't find out their address in any other way can I?

I'm also a seller, and I know returns can be a pain, but I always check the No Refunds tab unless I'm prepared to accept something back. Can I hold this seller to refund me?

yes open a not as described case, escalate in 8 days and ebay will give you the sellers address for the return.

Unfair to open a not as described case if the item was described fairly but the buyer has simply changed her mind because the item didn't suit her (which is different to the item not being as described)

bus the buyer said it was not as expected which would suggest it is not as described wouldn't it?
