Reversing a PayPal payment

One of my buyers has paid by PayPal but wants to collect. How do I reverse the payment to allow cash on collection?

Do I do it through eBay or PayPal?

Will we end up with fees anyway?

log into paypal, click on the payment, scroll down and hit refund

fees are refunded but you will be charged 20p.

Thanks, I'll try that on the PC. I think because I'm usually using the app that I could do it from there!
