I've been sent the wrong parcel!

So, all excited when the doorbell went - and rather than some nice vintage china plates for a tea-party on Monday, I have 6 rather unattractive glass desert dishes. The internal shipping note gives a different persons details entirely.

What do I do now? I know normally if I had a problem I would pay for my own postage back, but in this case?

you contact the seller and tell them they need to arrange for them to be collected or they need to paypal you the money so you can send them to the correct address.
