I want to sell an item as cash on collection

I can't see how I do this. Checking the customer support section on ebay it says I have to accept paypal, but I know people do cash on collection. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Many thanks!

you just write cash on collection in the description - and if they pay by paypal refund in full and ask for cash.

I would put collection only in the title, too. Several times I've had far-away bidders on something for local collection, then I had to cancel. Latest one already paid by Paypal so that's 20p out of my pocket after I refund, all because of their lack of care in reading the listing.
