eBay free listing weekend- for everyone?

So it's free losing weekend, ends tonight.
Ive only sold one thing before, with good feedback, what is the minimum seller requirement i need to meet? Do I need to have sold more?

Listing listing, not losing!!

I thought it was for everyone who is a private seller? Hadn't realised there were min requirements - but you can find out by clicking in the terms and conditions apply link in the email (if you had one) or from one of the adverts for it on the website.

it is for everyone with private seller account; however if your selling limit is 10 you can still only list 10 not a 100 depending on what you may or may not have already sold this month
