I sold something, in pink, sold it then I get the buyer saying she wants to cancel as her daughter brought it as she thought it was purple, her words 'she might be colour blind, lol!' So I pointed it out the title has the work, pink in it, so she says, oh, well she is only 7! FFS, she wants to cancel and it will cost to relist Angry

nope - don't send cancellation request, after 48 hours open a non paying bidder case and report them to ebay also, they should be 18 to use ebay.

I am nice & would cancel. Probably explains a lot (sigh).

I would normally agree, but if buyer wants to be awkward they can refuse the cancellation request and you don't get your fees back. After a non payer dispute they will get a strike and also will be unable to leave any feedback.

yup, NPB is better for Seller for sure. Ebay does not teach people to be nice.

fergoose · 06/07/2013 21:32

nope - that is true.

Have decided to report non payer, she wants me to advise her, I'm temped to 'advice' her to not let a bloody 6 yo buy on eBay! Grrr, she had a few negatives already. I'm annoyed as I had a few watchers who may have brought elsewhere as it was sold.
