Do I need to send an invoice?

I am using the ebay app and my item has just ended but I don't know what I need to do next.

I have opened the listing and it says the buyer hasn't paid yet but my only option is to mark it as dispatched which I won't do until they have paid.

Do I actually need to do anything or does the buyer just pay when they get round to it please?

I usually just wait for them to pay, if they haven't paid in 24 hours I send an invoice then if they still haven't paid in 48 I open a case.

You'll need to use safari/Internet rather than the app tho to send an invoice or open a case
