Should I report this seller as a NPS?

I week last Thursday I bid on and won a lovely 'snuggle' chair.
I was really happy as I have wanted one for a while and it was the perfect colour, plus I got it for a really good price.

I emailed the seller straight after the auction saying that I would like to collect either Saturday or Sunday (last weekend) and could come any time to suit them.

I received no reply and sent two more messages on Saturday evening and Monday, but still received no reply.

The seller finally emailed me late on Wednesday night telling me to ring to arrange pick up at the weekend.
I replied and said I would be happy to call, of they gave me a phone number, and that I have to collect Thursday or Friday as we are going on holiday on Saturday (today)
But the seller has no replied.

I have tried to get a contact number through eBay but they don't have one listed.

I am really annoyed and although I really wanted the chair I don't really want to have to deal with this seller now.
Should I file a NPS case, or is it too soon for that as it has only been a week.

Thanks.

yes, and neg and report them for false contact details.

Thanks.

How do I report a NPS? There only seem to be options for item not received or SNAD.
