Ignored by seller, help me with feedback plz

I won and paid for a dress.
When it arrived, it was in split brown paper wrapping, how it arrived in one piece ill never know!
But, it smells so badly of smoke.
My dh came in and asked who'd been smoking!!
I washed it immediately and it's fine now.
I emailed the seller stating she should add to her listings that the item may smell of smoke in future.
I've had no reply.
What FB should I leave?

I would say 'arrived in inadequate ripped packaging and also stank of smoke. No reply from seller'

and a neg and low stars from me - grim and against rules, items should be sent out clean.

Urgh, the filthy mare! Definitely neg, I'd rather be warned than buy of someone so disgusting.
