Buyer outside UK on 'UK-only shipping' item, what can I do?

I've been selling off a few bits and pieces of my old maternity clothes and newborn stuff on eBay without a hitch, but now I'm stuck. I have only put UK shipping on all my items as this is fairly new to me and wanted to keep it simple.

A dress sold for £1.99 with P&P £3 (Royal Mail 2nd class, UK). Only the buyer is in Russia. I contacted her to ask if she had a UK postal address and she replied no. She hasn't paid yet, so I explained again that the listing says 'Ships to: UK', and that I could post to Russia but it would cost £15 (airmail, signed for). I asked her to confirm whether she still wanted the dress (and I'd then amend the P&P and send invoice) or if she didn't want to pay £15 postage she should cancel the purchase. The auction closed on Friday night, and I haven't heard since. Is there any way I can cancel the sale if she doesn't respond? I'm on 100% feedback at the moment, don't want her leaving me negative feedback! Thanks for any advice

There us a setting you can use for future listings, I think it's buyer requirements, that will block non-uk bidders from bidding at all, as far as I know.
There is a way to cancel the purchase, not sure on specifics of how to find it. Try looking on your myebay sold items and the drop down - more actions- choose resolve a problem.

send her the amended invoice, and if she doesn't pay in 2 days open a non payer dispute to get your fees back - and block all foreign bidders in future.
