I'm going to get my first negative

I sold a slow cooker of massive dimensions plus cooking books and listed it as £5 p&p with Hermes only to discover as I was booking the delivery that the buyer lives in Northern Ireland and the delivery would cost £24 instead!
I've written to the buyer apologising and I've already issued a full refund. Am I going o get a negative?

I did something similar with a Bumbo and Norway. I did what you did, and the buyer was v understading. Didn't give me a negative. Hopefully you'll be OK.

Maybe. If you do leave a calm response in the space provided that you apologised for your error and made an instant full refund. Future buyers will not in any way be put off by that.

I find that most (experienced) eBayers are very nice and understanding, contrary to most of the eBay posts on MN!
