Trying to open a case against non payer

But it's not working I get this message

Open an unpaid item case
If you haven't received payment for an item that ended at least 2 days ago, eBay can open an unpaid item case for you.
Unpaid Item Assistant will open a case for this item on 26 Jun, 2013 if payment hasn't been recorded.
You'll have the ability to turn off Unpaid Item Assistant after the case opens. View all open cases

Why 26th June? They won the item on the 25th may

Anyone any ideas?

have you switched on unpaid item assistant? if so that could be why you can't open it manually.
