How do you disable accepting PayPal for a collection only item?

I want to put something on today but am heeding warnings re not accepting payment via PayPal for a collection only item? Not sure how to do it?

You can't, if the buyer pays by PayPal just refund them and insist on cash at collection but you have to leave it there for some silly reason
