Seller offering money to change feedback?

HI

A bought something off a business seller.

The item wouldn't work.

Every time I messaged the seller they directed me to a website of the manufacture to get help.

The manufacture couldn't sort it.

I opened a case and was told to return but as the seller wouldn't refund postage the recorded postage would end up costing me more then the item cost. So I decided to leave it and take the cut with the refund.

I left negative feedback for the seller as they wouldn't help me.

I have now recieved a message asking to change the feedback (their feedback has dropped as a lot of other people have left negative) to positive and they will give £2 (item cost £13).

What shall I do this seller keeps messaging me saying this and I don't want to give positive feedback to them.

Report the matter to ebay. The seller should not be harassing you in this way.

Tell 'em you'll withdraw the f/back if they give a full refund.
