PayPal payment 'under review'

Has anyone any experience of this?

I sold a high value item yesterday and was just looking to book the courier to send it. Checked the eBay sold page and at the top it said payment pending so logged into PP and it says the payment is under review.

Buyer has only 6 positive FB but has been an ebay member for a number of years.

I really hope it's all sorted out soon...I want to send the item and spend the money!!

I've got the same thing happening so am watching with interest.
The buyer has told me to cancel the transaction and send him my email address (for PayPal) and he will pay me again. Am unsure whether to do this or not.....
