No sign of item - what do I do?

Never had this happen on Ebay before! I bought something for DD2 and paid (Paypal) on 10th May. Private seller, not much feedback (although all good), but it was some kids books, so presumably just another mum.

I haven't recieved anything, and delivery estimate said 16-18 May.

I emailed on Sunday (19th) to ask if she'd managed to post them yet (knowing how busy life can be) and still nothing.

What do I do?? Email again and ask her to contact me asap? Keep waiting? Eek!

just open a not received case I reckon - let ebay take care of it

If she hasn't replied to your email then you could open a dispute through PayPal.

Thanks - how would I do the "item not recieved thing"?

I think I'll probably do one more email before I do that - she's sold similar things a couple of weeks ago, and had good feedback, so I don't think she's a scammer, I just think either (a) she's really busy and hasn't made it to the post office; or (b) it's lost in the post. But either way, I need to know!!
