Are Collect Plus strict with dimensions?

Their dimensions are 50cm x 30cm x 30cm.

A few years back I used them to send a pushchair which was 33cm x 29cm x 104cm and it wasn't questioned.

The parcel I want to send now is 111cm x 79cm x 17cm.

yes they are much much stricter now you would never ever get away with something effectively 4 times the limit; you might get away with 52 cm

myhermes or yodel will collect at that size try using a courier search like parce2go quick quote with dimensions and weight will give price

I have got away with 52 cm.

I suggest Parcelforce for your pushchair, they are easily cheapest courier around here for that size.

Parcel2Go say Yodel are the cheapest. £8.70 for 48 hour delivery.
