How long do I wait?

Bought two items from same seller. £6.20 postage charged for each item, she put them in one package and paid just £5.40 for postage.

I'd like £5 refunded taking into account packaging (1 plastic bag). She's got 100% feedback, almost full stars for p&p.

Do I wait till Tuesday before emailing her or is this a case of tough poo? If she had posted 2 parcels I wouldn't be questioning it but she didn't, she posted one parcel and is nearly £7 up, I don't particularly want to pay her fees.

What are you waiting for? Has she said she would refund the difference? I don't see the harm in contacting her now, to ask if she's planning to give you the refund.

she broke the rules, if you paid separately she has to send in 2 separate parcels - I agree, why wait?

Also if you do need to leave 2 negs in future leave them over a week apart, leaving both on same day will only count as 1, leave them over a week apart they will count as 2.

I'll drop her a email today. Really don't want to give negative feedback so I'm hoping she's just forgotten because of the bank holiday

All sorted, lovely sounding seller who had just forgotten. Possibly partly my fault for paying quickly and not asking for an invoice. Lesson learnt by me.
