Why would seller suddenly stop interacting ?

Bought a stella and dot bracelet. Never got it.
Lots of polite help from seller over a couple of weeks.
Then nothing.
I've launched a dispute etc and she's still selling

Why would she not just refund and let it go to a dispute ?

up to you when you leave feedback - there could be a million reasons why they stopped interacting really.
