would you mark down on delivery stars for this

won an item last sunday night and paid for it monday last week. Sent a message to seller friday as it wasn't showing as despatched. They messaged back saying they had been away and would post in next few days. Its still not showing as despatched. They have within 5 working days on their page so they are only just over this i suppose, assuming it ever does turn up would you mark down stars on delivery time.

just checked again and its still not showing as been despatched
I checked their feedback and another item won the same day they have received postive feedback on the 27th so must have posted straightaway. That went for a good price but i've got my thing cheap for what it is, am thinking they don't want to send. think i'll message and see if they've sent yet, there has been two more working days for them to post after i sent my message on friday

have they relisted it? I would open a dispute now if I were you - that normally garners a response from a seller.

ebay won't let me open a dispute until 6 May. I won it 21st and it says they will post out 2nd class within 5 working days so i suppose the time till 6 may is taking account of that. I wouldn't mind so much if it had been posted at least i'd know its on the way. BTW it only cost £1.21 plus £3 postage so its not a fortune

oh and i checked if they had relisted and they have nothing listed for sale at the minute so suppose that fits in with being away. (unless they are like me and have already used 100 free listing and are waiting for tomorrow to list again)

go to paypal and open a dispute there, and escalate straight away. I don't think they are going to send it tbh.

i am still waiting for an item that I won on the 18th April. I have politely emailed the seller twice but have no reply and my dispute cannot be opened to the 6th May similar to yours. I am quite fed up with the situation and I don't think the Seller should be allowed to be on ebay selling if they cannot be bothered to send out or inform me of any problems

well they have sent a message today to say they were about to sent it and saw it was dirty so are washing it and will send first class tomorrow, i can live in hope. At least they are replying to my message i suppose
