Drop shippers. Anyone used them?

I am trying to make some money from eBay. I've had limited success with jewelry and calculators.
DH suggested using a drop shipper for other stuff. He hasn't come up with any of the 'stuff' ideas yet though.
From my limited knowledge and internet search, it all seems too good to be true.
Experience welcome.

very risky, you are relying on someone else sending out items, you won't have any tracking info and buyers who buy something from you then get it delivered by say Amazon will not be impressed in my experience.
