As above really. Have now received item back which was a phone (thought it was unlocked, it wasn't, buyer wanted £25 to unlock it, I said no, send it back and I'll refund you item cost) - just about to do the transaction refund and don't know whether to refund postage of an additional £8.49?
It's been very amicable up to now and we'd both already left each other positive feedback (prior to him realising the phone wasn't unlocked).
Am I obliged to refund postage or is it a 'gesture of goodwill' type thing?
