It's NOT WORKING! Postage discount fails.

This is ridiculous but it's actually giving me a headache.

I'm trying to add a postage discount to my many ebay items so that on the listing the words "Save up to £2.50 on P&P when you buy additional eligible items from HazardLamps" appear. I managed it with one item and can't remember how but now I just can't get this to appear on any of my other listings no matter what I try.

I've followed the instructions here sellercentre.ebay.co.uk/offer-combined-postage-postage-discounts but nothing, nothing at all is happening although it says that when saved the changes will be applied to all my current listings. Can anyone help me before I lose it with the laptop please?

is it worth asking on the community boards?

I would clear cookies, try again then if that fails go ask there.

Thanks Fergoose, I've cleared cookies, had a coffee and I think that between us we've just resolved the problem which I caused. Guess which strop-bucket hadn't checked the tick box on the listing to specify that the discount is offered?
I'll get me coat.

oh easy mistake to do - sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees can you, glad it is all sorted :)
