Seller refused to sell pushchair to me as wasn't the price she wanted

Recently won the bidding on the pushchair - buyer then messages saying she won't be selling it to me as it wasn't the price she wanted.

Have a feeling she will open a unpaid item case

What can I do

She clearly is too thick to understand how ebay works!

I would be sending a heavily sarcastic reply explaining what an auction is.

If you won the auction, then she's bound by eBay rules to sell it to you at that price. She can't say that you were rude for not paying £250.
I don't think she sounds like the sharpest tool in the box, TBH.

She can't leave negative feedback as such, but it may not be a nice comment- this you can contact eBay to remove.

Glad you reported. Did you also file a case against her for not selling you the item?
(DO NOT PAY as another post suggested, or else it'll be ages to get your money back and only if eBay finds in your favour- they probably will, but don't part with your cash as you're sure she's not going to send it to you).

I sold a giant electronic keyboard (the musical variety) for £1 once, and I still couriered it out to the winner. To me, something is only worth what someone else will pay for it. What a daft bint your seller is .

I've got a persistant offer-maker, I've told her I want to let it run, she comes back with 'this is my final offer, I can wait 5 days' what do you say to that?

also you will be very unlikely to get into trouble of she files unpaid against you. It takes a few of these for someone to get flagged, nothing will happen (I think)
