I bought some girls shoes off eBay described as slightly scuffed. When they arrived I found there were splits in the leather
If these were mine I would've put them in a charity bag
Se offered to refund payment only, I said I was not happy so she has agreed to refund postage too but said that this is not usual practice?
She has now said that in order to refund she needs my email address, as the tone of her messages has been pretty nary I am reluctant to give it to her
Can you refund without email address?

you are entitled to a full refund including p&p - she does not need your email address, this isn't a payment she is making

she needs to log into paypal, click on your payment, scroll down and hit refund. Any other method of paying you is wrong.
