item not arrived

I have bought a few things from eBay recently but some problems with items not arriving
I am starting to wonder if sellers don't post if it sells too cheaply?
I have just contacted a seller about an item not received. A lovely hoodie for dd, hardly worn and I got it for only £1
Seller has responded with "."
What kind of a message is that - is this some eBay code I am not aware of - no words at all just that?

I think they have sent that reply in order for the system to make the email as replied.

Keep emailing them, "I have still not received my item or a response to my emails" type things.
Do it daily if you need to.

If they still don't reply file a dispute.

Thanks, that makes sense because eBay now think they have offered a resolution
Their feedback is good though so I don't know why they would just not respond properly

have they relisted it? How long ago did you buy? Open a dispute asap I reck
on.
