I purchased some concert tickets back in january and although I wasn't expecting the yickets yet, the seller won't respond to any of my emails. I posted on their Facebook page and they deleted my comment.

BEcsuse 45 days have passed since the end of the auction I can't open a dispute. Is there anything else I can do?

Im sure someone with more experience will be along soon to help you but for now id leave neg feedback incase they try to do the same to someone else, have you tried going through paypal rather than ebay to resolve a problem, i may be wrong but im sure you can do it through them directly aswell as ebay? worth a look anyway.

contact your card issuer - credit card you can do a chargeback, verified by visa debit card the same

Do leave feedback

Also you have the seller's address? You can write contact them and tell them you will be going to the small claim's court

And yes if you are within 60 days you can leave negative feedback and low stars, so do that immediately.

I've tried to open a a dispute through ebay and PayPal and got the 45 day message for both. Someone ssid that the rules for concerts are different and you can open a a dispute the day after the concert, , can't find any info on that though.

I paid through PayPal using my visa debit card. Could I try and get my money back now, before the concert?

You need to ring retail disputes dept of your bank. They will ask you when the expected delivery date was for the item. If none then you have to wait 15 days from the transaction, which clearly you have already passed.

Visa should open a dispute for you immediately imo.

if they said you'll receive them beginning of april for example you'll have to wait till then I think, could be wrong so worth ringing bank to ask.

also you have 120 days from transaction to open dispute with visa

rules for concerts tickets are different as distance selling regulations are different too you can not use 7 day cooling off period if after date of concert they would if not wanted have to be back with seller before concert

you are out of time for ebay dispute but i thought paypal was 60 days? but maybe has changed
