Hi,

I've just received an item which was advertised as a 1 tog grobag, but I've received a different tog. Now it really isn't the end of the world, but not what I wanted.

What do I do? Smile

It depends how much you paid? If a few pounds, let it go. If more, contact the seller and point out the mistake.

I had one recently where the top was listed as age 3 but it arrived and was age 8. It was only £4 so I decided to hang onto it.

I have some old grobags to sell and now don't know the size or tog as the labels have faded. Is that the case here? BTW I was told the going rate for them second hand is £5?

You should see an option on the full website to sell items you've purchased recently. Personally I would just sell it on, if you won't use it, or put it aside and sell it later.

contact the seller and see what they say. Price is irrelevant and you should have received what they stated. If you are not happy you are entitled to a full refund. And of course you can leave appropriate feedback and stars depending what their response is.
