Bobbly Dress

I won a Laura Ashley dress, it has arrived today - prompt postage, no probs there. There is a pluck in the side and its quite bobbled on the front. it was described as only being worn once, this clearly isnt the case. Have emailed the seller. Am I being too fussy, it was just under £7 + postage. I'm quite gutted as it was for work and now with the bobbliness I dont feel its smart enough. WWYD?

nope - not fussy at all. It isn't as described so you are entitled to a full refund - and if the seller wants it returned they should give you the return p&p costs too.

Thanks Fergoose. The seller had responded and we have agreed she will refund half of what I paid, which is ok as getting to the post office is a PITA! I won't be able to wear it to work now as its too scruffy but I will look quite glam on a stay at home Sunday in it!!
