Seller hasn't dispatched items

Hi,

I'm pretty new to eBay and won an item recently. I've paid for the item through eBay and the item should have arrived by now. I haven't received a dispatch note yet and contacted the seller twice but had no response. The seller has a good rating so I'm pretty surprised really! What should I do now?

How long ago did you pay? What date?

If it is over a week I would open a case - that normally illicits a response from a seller

It wont let me open a case until the 7th!

log into paypal direct then you can open a case there now. You can escalate straight away too if you want to.
