I bought a dress on eBay, it was described as used but in excellent condition. It arrived, very promptly, postage was bang on, so I left positive feedback. It wasn't until later that I noticed several bleach marks on the dress. They don't make it unwearable, as they are disguised to some extent by the pattern, but they are noticeable in places. I emailed the seller to say that although I had left her positive feedback, I had since noticed the marks, and felt she should be aware of this. I attached a photograph of the marks and saidI was willing to keep the dress however.
I have had no reply as yet, and was wondering, should she not reply, can I alter the feedback I left? I kind of feel that had the dress been described as marked, it would not have gone for over £20. However if it was a genuine oversight, I would leave it be, but if she decides not to even reply, that strikes me as pretty rude.
Obviously I will leave it a few days to give her time to reply.
