How long to leave a non-payment?

Have just been selling a few bits and pieces on eBay, all of them sold with the auction ending on Sunday night. Sent invoices on Monday morning and still haven't received payment for one item.

I've never had a non-payer before so how long would you leave it before contacting them again and if they still don't pay what do I do next?

I know it's half term so buyer might be away but I've had no contact from them at all. It's not a high value sale so I don't mind waiting if they're away but I'm a bit pissed off that I haven't had any contact.

Experienced ebayer help required!

You can open a non-paying bidder case after 4 days, so I'd send them a reminder message today and open a case tommorow.

Thanks. Hopefully they'll get in touch! Thanks

Maybe they are having "issues" with their PayPal account & the bastards have frozen it "for security" so can't make payment Angry.

Admittedly, probably not the case with your Buyer - just the situation I'm in at the moment Blush. Unless of course you are selling teenage boys' clothes and then it's probably me you're waiting for Blush.

Grin pootle no, it's not you! Like I said I don't mind waiting if they're away or something I just would have liked them to contact me if there is an issue. Have sent a message so will wait and see.

Hope your PayPal issues resolved soon!
