Buying postage options

I'm an ebay seller and send out around 10 large letters a week. I normally buy stamps from the post office but are there any other options available?

I know that if you buy a book of stamps from superdrug they give you 10% discount, may be worth doing?

Royal Mail will start giving you discounts when you are spending over £5000 per annum on postage.
