Do I leave feedback?

I won a blazer type jacket just over a week ago.

On the 6th day the seller messaged me to say that she had just come to post it and she can't find it.
She apologised said she would refund me and if she did happen to find it she would let me know.

After 24 hours she still hadn't refunded me so I had to remind her.

Now a) I'm annoyed at how slow it was taking her to post it.
b)That she has somehow lost the item
c) That she had to be reminded to refund even though offered the refund.
d) I actually think she's disappointed it ended at 3quid and she's made up this lost item tale.

Now I haven't left feedback yet because I'm annoyed and automatically want to give her negative.

So what should I do?

if you want to leave a neg then do so - it is your choice. Feedback is your opinion of the transaction as a whole.

I wonder if she will relist it.

IceNoSlice · 03/02/2013 22:10

She didn't want to sell it for £3. Neg feedback defo justified.

BluelightsAndSirens · 03/02/2013 22:15

Feedback is left as a warning to other buyers so a factual account of what has happened would be unreasonable.

and keep an eye out to see if it's relisted

BluelightsAndSirens · 03/02/2013 22:17

Would NOT be unreasonable Grin

Well I have saved her as a favourite seller just to see if it gets re-listed.

I will neutral feedback. She has refunded after all and it won't affect her positivity rating but at least people can see.
