i on a snow suit from ebay payed for it 6 days later was not gonna recive till feb8th-1oth now seller refund and sold to the nxt person can she do that before she opens non payment ?

well the seller should have opened an unpaid case against you first, have they done this?

Did you tell them you were going to take 6 days to pay?

no i did not was waiting for my other bids to fin so i can pay all at once.also no case opend

ok - well you can still leave feedback at least - but you cannot force them to send you the item
