Cheap but fake?

I really really really really want a Tria home hair laser removal kit. However, they cost £375. So I was looking all over the net to see if I could find a cheaper one and came across some overseas trade websites where Trias are available for about £120 (single item purchases available) - is this too good to be true?

I often buy branded make-up/toileteries/jewellery etc. on ebay at very cheap prices, and I do wonder where some of the regular sellers/shops get their items from. I'm presuming that some must use websites like the above, well known products are listed at amazing prices, some only available in bulk quantity but not all. Most products are shipped from China or Shanghai.

Are these products likely to be fake? Does anyone have inside knowledge or does anyone trust/not trust the cheaper branded items on ebay?

I would be sure at that price they would be fake - I wouldn't risk it. What if it is both fake and dangerous - not worth it surely

no you're right, not worth the risk at all. I was ignoring my doubts because I was excited about getting a cheap Tria! But I guess if it's too good to be true...
