Can I refuse to sell to a buy it now seller?

Someone has just brought an item via buy it now
I've checked their recent feedback and its crap. Can I refuse a sale?

You can but they can report you and leave you neg feedback.

you can but you can also expect a strike against your account for refusing to sell.

They haven't paid yet just clicked buy it now... Guess ill have to wait and see what happens

Put the buyer on your blocked buyers list just incase they start playing silly buggers.
