Hi All,

Was Paypal functioning as normal through Ebay around Christmas? Only a seller said they were going to refund on the 24th and they only just did so yesterday.

We had no problem getting a payment a few days ago.

They might have been waiting for cash to go into their account .

Thanks everyone.

I'm also wondering why the seller is communicating with me direct to my email and not through ebay messages even though I am, is this usual/allowed?

it is allowed, but they are better to message via ebay really

i think it is better to message via ebay then at least you have a record of messages which ebay can look at if things go wrong.
