How long shall I give someone to collect am item?

Item sold on Monday. Emailed seller with days etc I can be around for collection - no reply

How long do I leave it

4 days until you can open an unpaid case - I would do that today if I were you

I just can't get over how rude people are. I'm having a bit of a mare with my courier collecting an item at the moment, but I'm in constant contact with my seller and she's fine. She actually text me yesterday just to say she was having a lovely coffee by the sea and hoped I was having a nice day

Buyer contacted me and stated she needs me to be in between 3pm and 9pm today as she can collect between those hours. She was then shocked when I said no and gave an exact time

She cannot seriously expect you to wait in for six hours!

Obviously thinks I gave nout else better to do!

I told her I'll be in at 5:45pm for collection if not here by 6pm, I'll be offering to the next bidder

you will need to file a case and close it before you offer to the next bidder

Good for you! How did she respond?

She hasn't yet, to be honest I think she'll still turn up at whatever time suits her! She's been telling not asking when she can collect

Odd. I had something sell Monday too; I messaged Tuesday and still no word from collector. I just sent a proper invoice and am hoping they don't pay via Paypal. I'm trying to be patient what with holiday week and all.

If it sold Monday you can open an unpaid dispute tomorrow.
