Buyer had winning bid and hasn't paid, she bought on the 8th dec. I sent a message and an invoice, no reply. What do I do now?
On another note I have a Reiss dress bnwt that isn't selling. It's sold out on the website, rrp £179 - any tips? It's a size 6 Nude colour

Open a non-paying bidder case. You can files these 4 days after the auction has finished.
If they don't pay within 4 days of opening the case, eBay will refund your FVF and put a non-payment strike on the bidder's account.

Not sure about your dress, check that you have in the right category? How long has it left to run?

brighthair · 17/12/2012 14:42

Fab, I will do that tonight
I ran it for 5 days, 2 watchers, no bids and started it at £69 and yes in right category with photos of dress and tags (showing price)

could you list the dress as a buy it now with best offer - make sure you post it courier or special delivery to be fully insured too

fergoose · 17/12/2012 14:46

also you cannot put on your auctions that you do not offer a refund so you should delete that part

and recorded delivery only covers you up to £47 so will be insufficient

fergoose · 17/12/2012 14:48

and your own photos would probably be better on a hanger against a plain background - take full length shots as well as close ones, and turn the photos round to face the right way too.

brighthair · 17/12/2012 14:57

I didn't put I can't offer a refund - the dress isn't currently listed
Photos were correct on a hanger plain background and right way up

oh ok - well maybe you should try at a lower price

brighthair · 17/12/2012 15:03

Right I've relisted with a BIN price and special delivery Grin
It's the Reiss Sophia dress but I've listed it to start (and end) at 8.30pm
Hopefully that will work, it's a stunning dress

If you have a buy it now price you can list at any time of day, you don't need to wait until 8.30pm.
