How to get the money from refunded fee

We tried to sell our conservatory on Ebay but the winning bidder subsequently pulled out. Ebay agreed to refund me the fee of £38.24 and it is now showing up on my invoices as £-38.24. But how can I actually get the money e.g. transfer it to my Paypal account or bank account. Sorry for being so dim but I can't work it out for the life of me!

Had you already actually paid it, though? Maybe it was showing up as being due to be paid at the end of the month (say), and now it isn't due to be paid IYSWIM.

Oooh, I'm not sure. It was actually a few months ago and so shows up every month on the invoice...will check back to see...

Have checked. Yes, it was paid automatically through Paypal.

So you should have a credit showing in your PayPal account.

No, nothing has ever been credited to Paypal It just sits in Ebay.

I would contact ebay live chat if I were you and ask them to refund it
