B.I.N non payer

I listed an item that was bought on a BIN on evening of 6/12 I didn't pick up the message from the buyer until late on the 7/12 to say could they pay the following day 7/12. As of today I have received no payment for the item, despite sending an invoice.

What do I do?

you have to wait a minimum of 4 days before you can claim non payment, then wait further 4 days before you can close case and get fees back, when listing you can tick a box to require immediate payment of BIN items but this tends to be used by someone with say 10 the same so no-one buy but not pay as it affects stock control
