Courier delivered item when I was out - but no parcel here!

I have been waiting for over a week for a package to be delivered. Emailed seller (a business) to ask when and by what method posted. The reply this evening is : Your order was delivered by hermes on the 03/12/12 at 14:12 delivered to porch.

We don't have a porch! There was no package and no card through the door.

What happens now? Can I claim Not Received if they have proof they delivered - although I haven't signed for it?

Ermmmmm? Not quite sure what you’re asking? Maybe try contacting the courier directly?

Hermes,s itd global parcel service didn't deliver my parcel but Hermes showing It has been collected by signing my name

Hi I ordered a selfy stick from Hermes through eBay. I was home on the day but no parcel came but eBay online account showed it has been collected signed up my name but I am shocked how can I sign if I didn't get it.ebay asking me to contact Hermes,hermes say contact itd global parcel service.but I paid Hermes but they don't care n parcel service don't respond, and every one said that you signed and collect it.
Isn't their responsibility to deliver order safely,how can they just give it to anyone and anyone can sign use name written on parcel so it doesn't prove that I signed.
It's not matter of parcel,it matter what was inside.it can be important documents.so please advise me to file a police report because first crime stealing someone's post and second portending and signing for somebody else is called I'd theft fraud is very serious crime.
Ps--i live in tower building,has four flat on each floor so if any door open or anyone walk , talk you can easily hear from inside my house.so I was waiting for parcel to come coz they has emailed me the time to arrive.check this out, neighbours kids were shouting and I heard someone said my name,i thought no it's my imagination but quick thought came again who standing n talking at my house door asking my name but not knock door.soon as I opened my door,nighbour,s family were standing outside their door but the guy two metre away from my door but every one has to walk front of my door to get in.i didn't doubt him till then but he went red and in eye blink whole family were in.i seen parcel in his hand but if it was mine he would of given me.
I came in and parcel been delivered msg was on my phone.then I realised it was my parcel. I can't be that fool to not to get angry on them. lightly it was not more than 3to 5mintues they collect or stolen my parcel but I knock and knocked but didn't open the door all evening and next day.i left my door wide open but they didn't come, taking dog for walk i said to my son loudly. I went by front main door of building and stood at back door. The whole family were at back door in no time.i said hello nicely like I don't know anything.b before I talk he was nervous and scared,keep saying I didn't take any thing, and I said I didn't even ask or said anything to you about parcel,then he said your door was open and II heard you talking about it and i said y didn't you open door yesterday and today,b but he denied that he was not here yesterday then what I spose to do
Only delivery guy can help but they are not responding back.so what you think about police report. Hermes and itd global parcel service are useless and fraud company. Thanks friends, stay safe
