Have been offered a good price on an item, have said yes but what do I do now!

I'm quite new to eBay, someone offered me a good price which is great but any ideas what to do now! How do they pay me as in normally you just click the pay button at the end of auction

I ask people to BT me the money (its against ebay rules but then it saves ebay fees) as they cant pull a scam on paypal, or they could paypal you direct, or you can add BIN to the listing (more fees)

What sort if PayPal scam could they pull?

nothing if you go through ebay with a BIN.

you cancel any bids on the auction then add a buy it now price.
