Buy it Now after Auction started

I am selling some items on ebay and have been approached by a buyer as to whether I'd consider a Buy it Now on 3 items together (they would form a set) - the thing is i didn't set up a BIN originally and in the meantime I've had someone else bid on the item.

Can I do this or not? I thought not buyer says yes, please help and how do I do it?

another question I have 8 dining chairs to get rid off, is it better to sell as 8 or 2 x 4's?

you can add a buy it now if you want, but you will need to cancel the bid first
